As we already know that iPhone 7 has been launched but it wasn’t a good news for the music freaks, as the company has removed the popular 3.5mm jack.

The CEO, Tim Cook, has also given an explanation on why the company decided to remove the 3.5mm jack.

Well, he said ‘the whole world is getting technically more advanced and in time when things are getting wireless, we don’t need anything like that, because we want to move ahead’.

Ironically, what he said was correct, but even though a very large population of iPhone’s user didn’t welcome this step.

Now, if you have iPhone 7 and still miss the 3.5mm jack, then here I have dug up some solutions for you.

Let’s get started:

Apple’s Lightning to 3.5mm adapter

Well, this is something we can say Apple has launched officially.

This connecting wire can be used to connect any 3.5mm headphone or earphone to the device.

This works amazingly fine but the only issue is, you have to carry an extra wire all the time with you.

Apple’s iPhone Lightning Dock

Seeing people’s reaction, Apple’s senior VP of marketing, Phil Schiller, has come up with another solution, which obviously saves you from carrying an extra wire all the time.

Well, the solution is, iPhone’s Lightning Dock, which basically is a device that gets attached at the bottom of the phone. Now, at the bottom side, you get two ports, one is 3.5mm jack and another is Apple’s Lightning connecting port.

Fuze battery case

Thankfully, we have third party solution as well, which obviously is much affordable than that of the official one.

This battery case, not only provides you a 3.5mm jack but also doubles (almost) your iPhone’s battery life.

You just need to buy one such case (depending on which model you have) and fix it on your iPhone, seeing the manual.

Well, that’s it. You are now up with a 3.5mm jack and lightning connecting port. However, the best part of this would definitely be its capability to double the battery.

For iPhone 7 variant, Fuze battery case is equipped with a 2,400mAh integrated battery and for iPhone 7 Plus variant, 3,600mAh.

ILDock

Here is another solution, which has also created waves in the market.

Now, this is an external device which you can connect to the phone’s lighting port. With the help of this device, you can charge and listen to music (using 3.5mm jack) simultaneously.

F/Stop Labs’ Lightning to 3.5mm adapter

This is another device which can let you charge and listen music simultaneously, but the only difference is, it is very sleek and compact in design.

Griffin’s iTrip Clip

This device really takes another turn and provides the same functionally, but it uses Bluetooth connection to connect and then a wired connection to your ears.

Belkin’s Lightning Audio + Charge RockStar

In actual term, this isn’t a solution of the 3.5mm jack, but yes, it will for sure help you out.

Even after buying this, you would need to buy an extra wire (3.5mm connector) to use your earphones.

So, these were the seven simple solutions of iPhone 7’s missing 3.5mm jack.
